HatchLeads ("HatchLeads", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to this Policy.

• Product context (optional): what you are building or looking for.
• Campaign/traffic data: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) if present in the URL.
• Technical data: IP address and timestamp captured at signup; basic server logs for security and reliability.

We currently store waitlist signups in a private CSV file inside our application data folder (not publicly served).

2) How We Use Your Information

• Provide access and updates: email you about early access, product updates, and beta invitations.
• Improve the product: prioritize features and understand use cases based on optional context you share.
• Measure campaigns: analyze which messages/channels bring relevant signups (using UTMs).
• Protect the service: prevent abuse, spam, and fraud (e.g., light rate-limiting, audit logs).

3) Legal Bases (EEA/UK only)

• Consent: sending you emails about HatchLeads when you join the waitlist.
• Legitimate interests: site security, service reliability, and minimal analytics/attribution.

Our waitlist page is designed to work without cookies. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll update this Policy and, where required, request consent.

We keep waitlist records until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or after 24 months of inactivity—whichever comes first—unless a longer period is required by law.

HatchLeads is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, if changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
